These days, having been at Sana (International Natural), I tried to do shoots with a bud do it yourself. I used a linen bag, with immersion in the dark with a lot of the same seeds in for the first day, then I hung on the kitchen sink and wet morning and evening until you see the beautiful leaves, after about three days, then washed , drained and eaten! What a beautiful nature DIY!
There are many commercial shoots plastic or clay, but I'm thinking of making a recycling trays or plastic containers, we'll see .....
