yesterday afternoon I took a walk around HONEY, and I moved up to Mount Gemola Villa Beatrice. After admiring the view enjoyed from the top of the hill (well you could see the peaks of Monte Baldo overlooking Lake Garda), I moved on the west side of the villa, under the ancient walls, I noted the presence of some plants with flowers of hazel pollen loads. There were no bees at this time (16.00), but I'm sure that if you come back during the hottest hours of this cold February, I would find that the bees make the hive to take stocks. I add a photo of this precious flower, which I remember you need to start laying eggs in the queen.
To help the bees, it would be good to put in your garden or plant a garden of stone, also useful for fruit and walking sticks that we can construct: they are very light, flexible and durable, ideal for mountain climbing!
